JOHN'S ARM: ARMAGEDDON is a feature-length cartoon movie written, directed and animated by MATTY BOY ANDERSON, based on his popular web animation series. It features 100% new and original content, almost all of which has NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE ANYWHERE.
Unkempt morgue security guard JOHN'S right arm was transformed into a costumed super-limb after being stuck in a vending machine (stocked with irradiated soda). With villains from around the globe hitting town for their annual convention, can JOHN'S ARM (and his low-rent super-team, the SUPERIOR FRIENDS) keep the badguys at bay, and save Earth from an even more ludicrous threat that John's horrible hygiene?
Production began on JA:A in late 2005. Sound recording spanned many months, with ADR taking it into May 2006; it's actually harder to assemble a large cast of voices than you'd think (the final draft of the working script is 184 pages). GEORGE P. WALLACE provided the musical score, with added music from (of course) TAILOTHEPUP (and a surprise guest crackhead). Supervising the audio recording was the venerable TROUT HATCHERY SOUND, and the bulk of the voice talent came courtesy of DARK SHADY CHARACTERS of ATL.
